Terms and Conditions
1. You understand and agree to our
privacy policy.
2. For individual purchasers of CareerLeader®,
your access to CareerLeader is 60 days.
For users via a univerisity or corporate
site license of CareerLeader®, your use of that program is unlimited
as long as you are a current student/employee at your school/organization.
Once you have left your school/organization, you no longer have
access to CareerLeader®.
3. For individual purchases of CareerLeader®
and corporate site license users of CareerLeader®
while you have access to that program you are welcome to take each
of our three tests once apiece (with unusable results not counting
against this tally).
For university site license users
of CareerLeader® while
you have access to that program, you are welcome to take each of
our three tests twice apiece (with unusable results not counting
against that tally).
4. You are allowed one personal account
only. Any additional accounts are not allowed and if found will
be automatically deleted.
5. It is our policy not to change
a client's personal registration information (ie, the info you need
to access our restricted area website and take the tests and review
your results) once you have created it, except if there is a security
issue. You will not be allowed to change this information unless
there is a security issue.
6. CareerLeader, LLP (PP) will provide
reasonable technical support to users of all of our programs, but
is not responsible for teaching purchasers how to use the internet
or their web browsers.
7. All technical support for all of
our programs will be conducted exclusively via email.
8. PP is not responsible for any difficulties
you may have in accessing the internet.
9. PP is offering tools to help you
make yourself more aware of your own interests and motivations in
the business world. We cannot be responsible for any career decisions
you may make.
10. CareerLeader®,
is
not a clinical (psychological) assessment instrument and the results it
provides are not a measure of psychological health. The use
of this program does not comprise a consultation with Timothy
Butler, James Waldroop, or any other member of the PP staff.
11. CareerLeader® is
not designed to be used as an assessment instrument for hiring or
promotion and should never be used as such.
12. All CareerLeader®
material
is Copyright © 1997-2006 CareerLeader, LLP. As an authorized licensee,
you may download one copy of the program you are using to your computer,
and you may transfer it to another computer so long as its used
on only one computer at a time. You may make a paper copy of the
program you are using, and you may use that program in paper or
electronic format for your own personal purposes, and not for providing
services for others. You may not otherwise use, copy, transfer or
distribute CareerLeader®. You agree that CareerLeader® is
CareerLeader, LLP' proprietary products and that all right, title
and interest in and to CareerLeader®
shall remain with CareerLeader, LLP. You have only a limited right of
use, revocable by CareerLeader, LLP if you violate the foregoing
terms.
